4 x eggs
1/2 cup SR flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
or use 1 1/2 cups milk
3 tbl melted marg
1/2 cup cheese
2 cup mixed, cooked vegetables
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine eggs, flour, milk, cream, butter, pepper & salt. Stir in cheese & vegetables. Pour into quiche dish. Bake @ 180 degrees C for 40 mins.
