Instructions: Slice bread into 4-inch sections. Remove center leaving 1/4-inch shell.
Tear and remove bread into crumbs; reserve 1 1/2 cups. Place cheese snack, carrots, reserved bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a food processor container; process until smooth. Spoon approximately 1/2 cup vegetable filling into each bread section. Wrap securely; chill. Cut into 1/2-inch slices. Email this Recipe:
