Instructions: Place oil in skillet or wok, heat until very hot. Add garlic, stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add red and yellow pepper strips, pea pods and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 1 minute, and then add 2 tablespoons water, cover, and cook 2 minutes longer, stirring frequently until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add surimi and green onions. Stir-fry 1 minute longer. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve on hot cooked rice. This recipe yields 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
