8 oz Fat-Free Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Nonfat Plain Yogurt
1/2 cup lowfat cheddar cheese shredded
2 tbl balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
1 tbl dried dill weed
2 can Red Kidney Beans (15 Oz Each ) rinsed and drained
1 cup Broccoli Florets And Stems chopped
1/2 cup green onions with tops, sliced
3/4 cup mushrooms sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 3250. In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, beat cream cheese and yogurt until smooth. Mix in cheddar cheese, vinegar and dill weed.

Mix in beans broccoli, green onions, and mushrooms. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Bake, covered, 20 to 30 ins, until hot. Spoon bean mixture into pita halves.
