Instructions: Seasonings: parsley, oregano, basil (small pinches of each)
Bring broth to boil in a soup pot. Add spinach; stir until thawed. Add tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion, and seasonings. Boil slowly for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add orzo; boil 10 more minutes, stirring occasionally. *I use 10 cups of water & 10 small (or 5 large) vegetable bullion cubes. Of course, you can use chicken or beef broth as well.
