Instructions: In slow cooker, combine broth, tomatoes, zucchini, water, onion, carrots, parsley, and oregano. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Stir in uncooked pasta and cook an additional 30 minutes or until pasta is tender. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve.
