2 x heads broccoli
2 med zucchini sliced
2 med yellow squash sliced
1 x red pepper sliced
1 lrg onion sliced
1 x garlic head unpeeled, and
broken into individual cloves
1 stk butter
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Remove florets from broccoli and reserve. Discard 2-inches of the bottom stems.

Tear off 2 (3-foot) pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil and make a cross on a large work surface. Place all ingredients at center of cross and gather up ends of aluminum foil, bottom piece first. Wrap securely in additional pieces of foil to prevent juices from leaking, and flatten slightly.

Place bundle over medium-hot goals and grill for 1 hour, carefully flipping halfway through cooking. Remove bundle from grill and place on a platter. Slice foil open and serve.

This recipe yields 10 servings.
