1 can Swanson Vegetable Broth - (14 1/2 oz)
1 tbl chili powder
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves crushed
1/8 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
2 sm zucchini coarsely chopped
1 can whole peeled tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz) cut up
2 med carrots chopped
1 can black beans - (abt 16 oz) rinsed, drained
1 can chick peas (garbanzo beans) - (abt 16 oz) rinsed, drained
Instructions:
Instructions: In large saucepan mix broth, chili powder, thyme, pepper, zucchini, tomatoes and carrots. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Add black beans and chick peas and heat through. Serve over vegetable seasoned rice.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
