2 x Green peppers
1 x Red pepper
1 lrg Onion
2 sm Zucchini
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese
1 sm Jar tomato sauce and spices
Any kind of noodle or rice
Instructions:
Instructions: Slice vegetables and saute in olive oil for few minutes (5 no more than 10). Add tomato sauce and some water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add Parmesan. Serve over pasta and noodles. Fast - delicious. Low calorie and good for you! Mt. Sinai High School
