Instructions: Fry the onion in oil, then add the sliced leek and fry for another few minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Season to taste. If youre not a vegetarian you could also add some beef stock, just for the taste... (If this gets too fluid, sprinkle with some flour to thicken the sauce.)
