1 x Frozen banana (frozen w/peel)
Few handfuls of berries (frozen or fresh)

Instructions: Hi. i got this recipe out of "the almost no-fat cookbook", and these tofu-smoothies are great! even my SAD family loved them!

NOTE: ive made this with a non-frozen banana too, and it turned out fine.

blend together in vita-mix, blender,(etc...) This serves two people.
