1 tbl Olive oil
450 gm Vegetarian mince
75 gm Portabellini mushrooms, halved
1 x Garlic clove, crushed
1 x Vegetable stock cube
1 tbl Tomato puree
Instructions:
Instructions: 1 Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the mince along with the mushrooms and garlic for 2-3 minutes.

2 Dissolve the stock cube in a third of a pint of water and pour over. Mix in the tomato puree and seasoning. Simmer for 8-10 minutes. Stroganoff is best served with rice.
