24 oz nonfat yogurt strained overnight
3 x cloves garlic mashed
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp dried marjoram
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients.

This is delicious as a spread or dip. I also top a baked potato with it.
