Instructions: Stir fry all veggies except mushrooms together. Stir-fry the mushrooms separately. Cook linguine according to directions on box.
In a cup, mix soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, bullion, and 1/2 cup of water. Set aside while cooking other ingredients. Add this mixture to the veggies (except mushrooms) in the skillet and heat to boiling. Add linguine and mushrooms, and heat through. Sprinkle with peanuts. Serves 4. Email this Recipe:
