Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/3 cup Wheat flour
1/3 cup Rice flour
1 sm Carrot grated
1 sm Spri spring onion finely chopped
1 sm Onion finely chopped
1/4 tsp Ajwain seeds
Salt to taste
2 x Leaves mint finely chopped, (2 to 3)
1 tsp Coriander finely chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Use only half the butter. Keep other half aside.

Mix all ingredients well.

Knead into stiff dough, using a little water.

Shape small thick rounds and shallow fry using remaining butter.

Serve hot with sauce, or chutney.

Making time: 15 minutes

Makes : 2-3 parathas

Shelflife: Best served immediately or pack for his playschool.
