1 x 15z. can of black beans drained and rinsed
2 clv garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients in sauce pan and heat up except the tortillas. Heat the tortillas in the microwave. I put mine in Styrofoam tortilla heater and put moist paper towel on top and put lid on and heat for 1-2 minutes. This steams them. Then put ingredients in and roll up for burrito.

NOTE: You use salsa recipe or store bought favorite I like Pace Picante. This is dinner in minutes or lunch and low in calories. SPICE, SPICE, SPICE is the trick to low fat cooking.
