2 cup prepared Spanish rice, such as Lipton or Rice-a-Roni **
1 x 15 oz can black beans, canned - drained and rinsed
1 x 15 oz can pinto beans, canned - drained and rinsed
1 x 10 oz can corn -- drained
1 x 10 oz can chopped tomatoes and green chiles, such as Rotel, or
1/4 cup your favorite salsa
10 x 10 inch flour tortillas
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix together all ingredients except tortillas. Divide the mixture evenly among the tortillas, and roll up. Wrap individually in plastic wrap, place into a large freezer bag, and freeze. Reheat as needed in the microwave for lunch or snacks. Top with salsa and additional cheese if desired. You can add salsa, jalapenos or peppers of your choice to make it spicier if you wish.

** You can use homemade Spanish rice, or regular white or brown rice. For plain rice increase the seasonings or it will be bland
