2 cup water
8 oz elbow macaroni uncooked
1/2 lb Velveeta Light pasteurized prepared cheese cut up
1 pkt frozen mixed vegetables - (10 oz) thawed, drained
1 can tuna packed in water - (6 oz) drained, flaked
Instructions:
Instructions: Bring water to boil in saucepan. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover with tight fitting lid. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.

Add Velveeta, vegetables, tuna and milk. Stir until Velveeta is melted and mixture is thoroughly heated.

This recipe yields 6 (1-cup) servings.
