1/2 cup Sugar
2 x Eggs
1/2 cup Cake Flour
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1 cup Buttermilk
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vinegar
----------------- FROSTING: ----------------
1 lb Powdered Sugar
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 lb Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions:
Instructions: Cream eggs, sugar, oil, and vinegar. Sift cake flour and baking soda together. Add flour to egg mixture alternately with milk. While still beating, add vanilla. Bake in 3 8-inch layers at 350F degrees for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Make frosting by melting the cream cheese and butter over very low heat. Add powdered sugar, pecans, and vanilla. Mix well and spread between cooled layers, and over the top and sides.
