4 x eggs
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup milk, scalded
1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Instructions: Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt together. Pour the hot milk in, and beat again. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees till done.
