Instructions: In a medium, heavy-bottomed saucepan, bring the water and heavy cream to a boil over high heat. Remove from the heat and stir in the espresso powder and 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar until dissolved.
Add the chocolate and let stand until softened, about 3 minutes. Add the brandy and whisk until smooth. Taste, and add additional sugar, if desired. Email this Recipe:
