Ingredients:

1 lb ground or finely-chopped wild game
1 sm onion
1 tbl vegetable oil
3 tbl flour
2 x beef bouillon cubes dissolved in
1/2 cup water
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
----------------- BISCUITS ----------------
2 cup sifted flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbl butter
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown meat and onion in oil in a skillet. Drain excess oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over biscuits.

Biscuits: Sift dry ingredients together and cut in butter. Add milk to make a soft dough. Place on a lightly floured board and knead a few seconds. Roll out to 1/2-inch thick and cut with a biscuit cutter. Place on greased baking sheet and bake in 450 degree oven for about 12 minutes.
