4 lb venison roast, (4 to 5)
2 cup water
3 cup red wine, (3 to 3 1/2)
Instructions:
Instructions: Season roast with salt and pepper to taste. Place roast in roaster with about 2 cups water; add wine. Cover and cook slowly until done (around 4 hours) in a 300 degree oven.
