4 lb deer or elk round steak, 1 in. thick
1 cup flour
1/4 lb butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
10 oz canned Ro-Tel tomatoes
3 tsp chili powder
1 dsh Tabasco
4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
16 oz canned tomatoes, drained
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut steak into serving pieces. Pound mixture of flour and salt and pepper into steak. Brown in heavy skillet with butter. Mix onion, Ro-Tel tomatoes, celery, chili powder, green pepper, Worcestershire, Tabasco, and garlic. Place steaks into baking dish, pour sauce over, and bake covered for 2 hours.

Serves 8.
