Instructions: Melt choc. chips and butter together in microwave, approximately 3 minutes. (Times vary). It should be smooth when beaten with wire whisk. Mix in entire box of sugar slowly. When its getting difficult to mix, add milk. If still not mixing well, microwave 30 seconds to help it along. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Mix in chopped nuts. Pour into lightly greased 9-inch pan. Let set. Enjoy!
Tips: Got the recipe from an exs mom years ago. I dont know that it ever had a name. So it is now my fudge. Do NOT! use margarine at all - it will separate out and never set up. The milk is optional - just nuke it a little when the sugar isnt mixing in too well. Dont have to spray or grease the pan, but it does make life a little easier. I set mine up in the freezer, but the refrigerator does fine. If its gooey after being set up, microwave it a little longer in the beginning next time. Its quick, easy, a great gift for the person you forgot to get something for, and excellent to bring to potlucks and parties. Everyone loves it! "One bowl, 5 minutes in a microwave, and very rich ... the perfect fudge!!!!" Email this Recipe:
