Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 lb Zucchini, in 1/2" pieces
1 x Garlic cloved, minced
1/2 tsp Dried basil
1 lrg Can crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 med Onion, chopped
2 cup Water
1/2 lb Vermicelli, broken in pieces
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute onion and garlic in oil until lightly browned. Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes. Add water and bring to a boil. Add zucchini and basil and cook ten minutes. Add vermicelli and cook on low heat until tender, stirring occasionally.
