Instructions: Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to the package directions.
Stir the cream and 1 tablespoon of the hot cooking water into the pesto. Drain the pasta and return it to the hot pot. Toss with the pesto and smoked turkey. Serve garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and slivered tomatoes. Email this Recipe:
