Recipe for Vermicelli with Red Basil Pesto

Amount	Ingredient
1/2 lb	uncooked vermicelli
2 tbl	heavy cream
1 tbl	hot water in which the pasta was cooked
1/2 cup	red basil pesto (see recipe above)
1/2 cup	minced smoked turkey
	Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Instructions: Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to the package directions.

Stir the cream and 1 tablespoon of the hot cooking water into the pesto.

Drain the pasta and return it to the hot pot. Toss with the pesto and smoked turkey. Serve garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and slivered tomatoes.
