1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup Eagle Mills Best Loaf Bread Machine Flour
3/4 cup rye flour
2 tsp yeast
Instructions:
Instructions: Place ingredients (excluding walnuts) in bread machine pan. Select "white" or "basic" cycle and start. Add walnuts at first beep cycle or at manufacturers instructions.

This recipe yields a 2 pound loaf.

Comments: This makes a generous loaf with a wonderful sweet flavor combination of honey and maple syrup. To enhance this interesting bread, the cornmeal gives it a unique pleasing texture. Great for sandwiches, try it with chicken or tuna salad. This bread could also be used to make out of this world French toast!
