1 x Chicken,2-1/2to 3 lb, cut up
1/4 cup Butter, melted
1/2 cup Maple syrup
1/2 tsp Grated lemon rind
1 tsp Salt
1 dsh Pepper
1/4 cup Chopped almonds
Instructions:
Instructions: Place chicken pieces in shallow buttered baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour evenly over chicken. Bake uncovered 50-60 minutes at 4008F. Baste occasionally. Delicious on bed of rice.
