	vermouth dressing
1/2 cup	olive oil
4 tbl	white wine vinegar
2 tbl	dry white vermouth pinch of sugar
2 tbl	chopped parsley
1 tbl	chopped chives

Instructions:

Instructions: Beat the oil with the vinegar vermouth sugar chopped herbs and salt and pepper to taste until well blended.

Alternatively place all the ingredients in a screwtop jar and shake vigorously to combine well before using.

The perfect dressing for a cobb salad.

Makes about 1 cup
