Instructions: Peel and discard the otter cabbage leaves. Cut the cabbage in quarters and shred. Peel and shred the carrots. Trim the celery and scrape the backs of the stalks with a potato peeler. Cut onec lengthwise and dice. Clean and dice the green pepper. Wash and core the apple. Cut into wedges, then slice. Dice the onion fine. toss all these ingredients with the raising and walnuts and drizzle with Cery Creamy Dressing.
Makes 6-8 servings. VERY CREAMY DRESSING: Combine 3 tablespoons warm honey, 3 tablespoons white vinegar, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise and salt and cayenne pepper to taste. Mix well. Email this Recipe:
