Instructions: (Nonfat cheese may be used). Spray dish with Pam olive oil spray. Layer dish with uncooked noodles.
Top with half of Ragu sauce, cottage cheese, zucchini, onion, and fresh spinach. Sprinkle 1 cup Cheddar cheese. Put second layer of noodles and repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle on Mozzarella and bake until melted. Email this Recipe:
