Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 head	iceberg lettuce
2 x	Eggs, hard cooked and roughly chopped
2 med	Tomatoes, (cut in 8ths)
	----------------- VICTOR SALAD DRESSING ----------------
6 oz	Vegetable oil
2 oz	White vinegar
1 tbl	Sugar
2 tbl	Lemon juice
2 x	Cloves garlic, minced
1 pch	Basil
1 pch	Oregano
	Salt and white pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Core and tear lettuce. Tear with hands. Toss with eggs and tomato. Pour dressing on salad. Directions for salad dressing: Mix all ingredients together.
