Amount Ingredient
1 cup Vidalia Sweet onion, peeled, chopped
1 cup chopped grape or seasonal tomatoes
1 sm bottle chopped olives
OR/AND
1 sm can chopped black olives, drained
2 tbl chopped pimento, drained
1 cup chopped sweet green bell pepper
1 can Niblets White Shoepeg corn, drained (See Note)
1 tbl Dark Brown Sugar
1 tbl Granulated Sugar
1 tbl Apple Cider Vinegar (to taste)
1 tbl Maries Ranch Dressing or mayonnaise (to taste)
Instructions:
Instructions: [*Or, about 3 ears fresh Silver Queen Corn, cut from cob, cooked until tender]

Combine ingredients in a 1-quart bowl. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours to blend flavors.

Refrigerated Lasts 3 or 4 weeks, refrigerated
