1/2 lb butter
2 oz icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 lb flour
Instructions:
Instructions: Cream butter and sugar until thick and pale. Add vanilla and sifted flour and mix well.

Using a piping bag fitted with a large star nozzle, pipe rosette shapes ont a light greased baking tray. Decorate with a red glace cherry in centre.

Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
