2 tbl	Rice wine vinegar
2 tsp	Sugar
1 cup	Water
1/4 cup	Grated carrots
1/4 cup	Grated daikon radish see * Note 2
1 x	Garlic clove crushed
	Juice of 1/2 lime

Instructions:

Instructions: * Note 1: A fish sauce available in any Asian market.

* Note 2: Available in Oriental markets.

Mix all the ingredients together well and chill a bit before serving.
