1/2 lb	Lean Ground Beef
1 clv	garlic -- crushed
1 x	Egg White
1 tbl	Sherry
2 tbl	Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp	Liquid Smoke
2 tbl	Fish Sauce
1 pch	Sugar
1 x	Salt and White Pepper
2 tbl	Corn Starch

Instructions:

Instructions: Blend mixture with mixer or food processor until very smooth. Mold small meatballs on skewer (about six meatballs per skewer). Broil to perfection.
