1 lb Thin slices raw beef
2 tbl Dried minced onion flakes
2 tbl Oyster Sauce
1 x Green Onions -- chopped
3 tbl Fresh Line juice
1 x Cilantro
1/2 cup Yellow Onion thinly sliced
1 x Lime -- in wedges
Instructions:
Instructions: First, prepare the fried onion flakes. Fry the onion flakes in 1/2 tablespoon of peanut oil until light brown. Drain on paper towels.

Marinade then sprinkle with fried onion flakes, green onion and cilantro.

Garnish with chopped peanuts and lime wedges. The dish can be served with rice papers or rice.
