Instructions: Put a pinch of salt, in first, the a few turns of the pepper mill. Add the mustard and sugar then pour on the vinegar and stir to dissolve the seasonings.
Add the oil gradually, beating well with a wooden spoon to make an emulsion. Finally add the lemon juice and stir in the chopped herbs. Add a peeled clove of garlic and stand for 1 hour; before using discard the garlic. Serve with salads of all sorts. Email this Recipe:
