Instructions: In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic.
Cook until the onion is soft (about 3 minutes). Add tomatoes, curry powder, and rice. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to moderately low and cover. Cook for 20 minutes until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Add chopped chicken and crabmeat. Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
