Instructions: * You can use chicken breast or pieces rather than a whole chicken if you dont want as much meat
Place chicken in pan suitable for oven use. (I use a cast-iron Dutch oven). Cover with strips of bacon. Bake in oven at 350 degrees. Combine vinegar and salt. Baste with vinegar mixture until chicken is done. Gravy: Remove chicken from pan and add approx. 1 tbs of flour to drippings to make gravy (or however you usually make gravy from your drippings.)
