Amount Ingredient
6 tbl rice or cider vinegar
3/4 pt soy sauce
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds - (heaping)
1 x piece fresh ginger - (1/2" long) peeled, crushed,
and finely chopped
2 tsp red pepper powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together and stir well. Store in a screw-top jar in the refrigerator and use as needed.

Comments: Cho jang is an essential condiment of the Korean table, used as a dressing for vegetables, a dip for fried fish, meats, fritters, and dumplings, or simply as a flavouring ingredient. Everybody has their own version, but do experiment to include more or less of those ingredients - chillies, chopped garlic, sesame oil, fresh coriander - whichever you like best.
