1 pkt elbow macaroni, (8 oz.)
1 tbl vegetable oil
1/4 cup margarine or butter
2 tbl flour
1/2 cup 2% milk
16 oz sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook macaroni in oil and water until done. Drain; set aside in casserole dish. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add flour gradually, to make smooth paste. Continue to gradually add milk, stirring constantly over heat. Add milk slowly; stir until sauce begins to thicken. Then add more milk (add more or less Milk, depending on how bubbly you would like your casserole). Add remaining ingredients, except paprika and enough cheese to sprinkle on top; stir well. Add cheese and paprika on top. Cook at 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes, until slightly brown.

Makes 6-8 servings.
