Ingredients:

3 lb peaches peel/thin slice
3/4 cup sugar
brown granulated or combo
3 tbl tapioca quick-cooking
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp almond butter
1 tsp lemon juice
1 x 9 inch pie crust
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F.

Mix
the first 6 ingredients together. Let stand for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spray 9-inch glass pie dishwith vegetable cooking spray.

Pour into the peach mixture. Roll out the pie crust dough. Cover the peaches with the pie crust dough. Pierce the pie crust with a fork. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Serves 8. This pie lets the natural
goodness of the peaches shine through.
