Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F.
Mix the first 6 ingredients together. Let stand for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spray 9-inch glass pie dishwith vegetable cooking spray. Pour into the peach mixture. Roll out the pie crust dough. Cover the peaches with the pie crust dough. Pierce the pie crust with a fork. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 8.
