1 lb ziti
salt
2 tbl olive oil
5 tbl butter
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup sun dried tomatoes seeded and chopped
3/4 cup vodka
1 can diced tomatoes (8 oz)
3/4 cup heavy cream
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Boil pasta according to directions on box (al dente), using salt and olive oil.

Heat butter and olive oil in a small saucepan. Add sun dried tomatoes, saute for a few minutes. Add vodka and let evaporate. Add diced tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, simmer about ten minutes. Add heavy cream, bring to a boil, then remove from heat.

Drain pasta, reserve one cup of its cooking liquid, rinse. Put pasta in a serving dish, add sauce and Parmesan cheese. Mix well, if pasta looks dry, add a little of the pasta water. Top with more Parmesan cheese if desired. Add a little crushed red pepper for a kick.
