Instructions: You will need a waffle iron for this recipe.
Separate eggs. Beat egg yolks and milk lightly together. Add sifted dry ingredients, beat until smooth. Add melted butter and water and mix well. Fold in the firmly beaten egg whites. Heat waffle iron and lightly grease. Spread approximately 2 Tablespoons of mixture into center of iron, close, and cook until golden brown, about 1 minute. Makes about 10 waffles. Email this Recipe:
