MEATBALLS ----------------
1/2 lb ground beef
2/3 cup cracker crumbs
1/3 cup onion, minced
1 x egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 cup milk
----------------- SAUCE ----------------
2 tbl cornstarch
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
syrup, from a 13 1/2
1 can pineapple tidbits
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tbl soy sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix together meatball ingredients: shape into meatballs, brown in 1 tablespoon oil.

Mix cornstarch and brown sugar together, then stir in: syrup, vinegar and soy sauce.

Pour into skillet; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and boiling for one minute. Add meatballs, pineapple chunks and green pepper slices. Simmer on low for 10 minutes. Serve in chafing dish or leave in skillet (electric on low).
