1. In a medium bowl, rinse wakame. Discard rinse water, cover with fresh water, soak for 15 minutes, and drain. Trim and discard any hard membranes and chop remaining wakame. 2. In a large skillet over medium high heat, saute garlic and tofu in oil for 5 minutes, or until lightly browned. Add spinach, wakame, ginger juice, and miso.
