2 lb	beef sirloin cut up
2 cup	potatoes cut in large pieces
2 cup	carrots cut in large pieces
2 cup	celery cut in large pieces
1 bag	frozen onions - (small)
1 slc	white bread cut up
1 can	whole tomatoes - (16 oz) with juice
2 tbl	dry minced onion
3 tbl	quick-cooking tapioca
1 tbl	sugar
1 can	tomato soup
	Salt to taste

Instructions:

Instructions: Place all in a large crock pot. Add whatever additional vegetables you like. Cover and cook at LOW setting for 5 hours. Do not stir.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
