Instructions: Soften gelatin in cold chicken stock. Add hot stock and salt. Stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice and chill until gelatin begins to thicken. Fold in the apple, chicken, celery and walnuts. Pour into lightly oiled loaf pan and chill until firm. Unmold on crisp salad greens.
